Job Summary
This is a position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.
About the Role
The successful candidate will lead a team of remote associates who are responsible for verifying product locations in our Fulfillment Centers. This requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective processes to maximize productivity and efficiency;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes;
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive business results;
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports;
- Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt;
- PMP certified;
- 2+ years of experience as Team Lead/Supervisor/Manager of 15+ individuals in corporate environments;
- 1+ years of experience in internal and external customer & stakeholder management;
- B2/C1 English proficiency or above;
