Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key Data Development client relationships to enhance and maintain the quality of their reported data.
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management.
  • Translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and effective data management solutions.
  • Provide education on best practices in data reporting and accuracy.
  • Navigate a complex business environment and work with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Data management to support data reporting quality.
  • Evaluate and interpret data furnisher requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Acquire new furnishers/data and have growth targets as part of annual objectives.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of client support requests.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on analyzing results and translating into relevant presentations for diverse audiences.
  • 2-4 years of experience in client support.
  • Works under minimal direct supervision.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent self-learning skills.
  • Proactive and a self-starter.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the Credit Reporting Resource Guide.
  • Good understanding of the full life cycle of data reporting.
  • Critical thinking with the ability to identify and relate business problems to data quality issues.

About This Role

This role offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
