**Overview:**

As a Field Service Engineer at Tech Data Corporation, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking components.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Perform on-site maintenance, repair, and replacement of end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, printers, and servers.
  2. Work closely with other IT departments to identify and resolve root causes of technical issues.
  3. Develop and maintain technical knowledge through training and certifications.

**Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
