As a Talent Advisor Msc Team Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and developing top talent to drive business growth and success.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of motivated, high-performing Talent Advisors.
- Partner with People Managers, People Leads, and other parts of TA to find top talent, brainstorm recruiting strategies, and implement ideas.
- Participate in DMS meetings and others as needed.
- Develop action plans for hard-to-fill positions.
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques such as online social networking, traditional networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a Recruiting function required - Supply Chain a plus.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience recruiting for the United States required.
- Experience and ability to handle multiple projects at once with a small team.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, Workday highly preferred.
