Main Responsibilities:- Monitor the organization's culture to ensure it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee engagement
- Ensure top talent is identified and valued in our site and business teams
- Coach leaders and lead by example with critical conversations and regular feedback-oriented performance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working within an HR department as either an HR Generalist or HRBP, particularly with HRIS and payroll-related systems and in the administration of Human Resources programs
