We are looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Answer calls and greet clients and visitors with courtesy and respect
- Prepare regular reports on supplies, petty cash, and credit card statements
- Procure and distribute office supplies as required
- Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips
- Review and reconcile expense reports
- Offer assistance to visitors and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of access control and deactivation
- Assist with onboarding procedures and coordinate transitions for new employees
- Repair and maintain office equipment
- Generate invoices and quotes as needed
- Support Auxis Peak events by quoting and ordering products
- Monitor and manage visitor, vendor, and employee access and registration processes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English-Spanish language (B2 level in English)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office tools
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence
- Able to analyze problems and identify solutions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
- Initiative to address pending issues and prioritize tasks
- Discretion when handling confidential information
