Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication
  2. Answer calls and greet clients and visitors with courtesy and respect
  3. Prepare regular reports on supplies, petty cash, and credit card statements
  4. Procure and distribute office supplies as required
  5. Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips
  6. Review and reconcile expense reports
  7. Offer assistance to visitors and ensure their needs are met
  8. Maintain accurate records of access control and deactivation
  9. Assist with onboarding procedures and coordinate transitions for new employees
  10. Repair and maintain office equipment
  11. Generate invoices and quotes as needed
  12. Support Auxis Peak events by quoting and ordering products
  13. Monitor and manage visitor, vendor, and employee access and registration processes

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English-Spanish language (B2 level in English)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence
  • Able to analyze problems and identify solutions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff at all levels
  • Initiative to address pending issues and prioritize tasks
  • Discretion when handling confidential information
