**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Partnership Operations Specialist to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in resolving routine and general questions and problems submitted by our partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage service calls, including contacting partners, diagnosing problems, and resolving issues with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with partners and partner managers.
  • Provide management with feedback impacting partner programs.
  • Collaborate with other business units and teams to resolve complex questions and problems.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership.
  • 2-4 years of combined experience in account management or partner/channel management.
  • Rich and diverse background in sales and partnership management.
  • Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and ability to positively interact with fast-paced business.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
