ServiceNow Impact Accelerator Specialist

At ServiceNow, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations operate. As a Technical Consultant - AI Specialist, you'll be part of our esteemed team in Costa Rica, building solutions that drive business success.
As a core member of our global customer success organization, your role will focus on helping clients unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. You'll deliver technical accelerators to complex customers, present and prepare client-facing materials, identify process improvement opportunities, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and deliver technical accelerators to large enterprise customers remotely
- Prepare technology-related deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and drive process improvements, guide best practices development, and mentor junior colleagues
- Develop new offerings for our technical accelerator portfolio
- Engage with customers' requests in Impact, including scoping effort, fulfilling business requirements, and resolving escalations
- Demonstrate products, both standard and tailored to customer needs
- Understand business and technical problems addressed by the Customer Success Program
- Develop strong working relationships with other teams
- Drive continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings
- Mentor resources and peer review development work
Requirements:
- Proven technical and business process experience in leading ServiceNow solution development and delivery
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SAML/SSO, and integrations
- Experience with AI/ML technology, preferably with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics products
- Web Technologies experience (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) in a SaaS environment
- Agile methodologies experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications and commitment to obtaining more
- Customer-centric mindset, ensuring actions contribute to measurable value and customer success stories
- Hungry and humble mindset, seeking help when challenges arise
