We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Services Coordinator:

Location: On-site in Santa Ana, Costa Rica.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Contract Type: Indefinite-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Be familiar with the operation and scope defined in the contracts of the functional departments of Soft services: Security, cleaning, reception, meeting services, mailroom, events, and endomarketing, bistro, and parking services.
  • Lead the different programs within the category as One Team.
  • Assist in the operation within the site to the Facilities Manager in case of absence.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to clients in relation to situations that may occur.
  • Identify new opportunities for service improvements.
  • Analyze and review the contractual agreement established with suppliers for the operation of the site.
  • Control purchases and acquisitions of materials, equipment, and supplies required for the operation of Soft Services departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related fields.
  • 4 years' experience in Hospitality or Corporate Services.
  • Managing soft services in corporate offices.
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services.
  • Knowledge in budget management and financial analysis skills.
  • Microsoft Office tools and data analysis.
