Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our business management and operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Principals, Project Leaders, and Global Directors, ensuring seamless execution of their internal and external commitments.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating complex calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and anticipating travel needs
- Processing timesheets and expenses, and providing backup support to other executives as needed
- Actively supporting business development efforts, conducting research, and gathering information to help problem-solve questions
- Assisting with the creation and preparation of client team materials, including slides, proposals, and onboarding decks
You will be working in a dynamic, collaborative environment, surrounded by a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
