About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving complex issues related to our applications.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provide technical support and resolve complex issues related to our applications
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve incidents and implement problem management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability of our applications
- Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
