Job Description
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our engineering team at Modus Create. As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for helping our teams build great software by translating client needs into clear requirements. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the stories and can deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience working in thinking roles in development teams on large, complex projects and technologies in large organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of the software life cycle and Agile framework.
- Experience writing user stories and converting client needs into clear requirements.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- The ability to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- A self-driven and self-learner attitude, willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.
