Position Overview

This role is integral to providing extensive support across all facets of human resources, encompassing recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management. As a key liaison between staff and management, you will help cultivate a positive and cooperative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Selection:
• Advertise job openings on multiple platforms and monitor applications.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including contract preparation and necessary documentation.

Training and Development:
• Assess training and professional development needs within the organization.
• Design and implement training programs, including workshops and sessions.

Employee Relations:
• Serve as a contact point for addressing employee issues and grievances, mediating between staff and management as needed.
• Encourage open and effective communication throughout the organization.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and can access their benefits.
• Oversee the benefits enrollment process and resolve any related inquiries.

Performance Management:
• Coordinate the performance evaluation process, including preparing necessary documentation and organizing review meetings.
• Assist managers in establishing goals and assessing employee performance.
• Implement performance improvement plans when required.

Human Resources Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Generate reports and analyze data related to human resources, such as turnover rates and absenteeism.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation.

Special Projects and Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for enhancement in HR processes and policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with the strategic objectives of the company.

Qualifications

Experience & Educational Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a solid understanding of HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity and capability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficiency with HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
