The Role Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our global Support Team as a Technical Support Specialist, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your Key Duties
Provide expert technical support to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to drive customer success
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve our processes and procedures, ensuring seamless customer interactions
Achieve consistent excellence in customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and adherence to performance metrics
Your Requirements
Outstanding English language proficiency, with a strong focus on clear communication and active listening
Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
