- Determine priority for each request and request resources needed to drive projects to successful completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for all ongoing projects. Work closely with design leads, art directors, designers, marketing partners and resource managers to proactively clarify requirements and use cases, actively seeking clarification when there is ambiguity.
· Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs when needed, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
· Work across teams to create strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams.
· Communicate project status with design team and stakeholders regularly.
· Put repeatable and scalable processes in place that help the team plan and manage multiple launches happening at the same time.
We're looking for a highly skilled and organized Program Manager with experience in stakeholder management, process improvement, and communication. As a successful candidate, you will have:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Ability to communicate project risks, project status, and results to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
