Call Center Agent with Technical Expertise

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team at Pertec Global Services. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers via various channels.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, resolving complex technical issues and providing timely and effective solutions to our customers.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions with our customers.
**Responsibilities:**- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
**Requirements:**- 1 year of experience in technical support (desired)
- 1 year of experience in call center (desired)
- Knowledge in cloud systems
- Advanced English (85%)
- Knowledge in Windows
