Key Accountabilities

  • User lifecycle management specialist responsible for manual user lifecycle management, user provisioning, deprovisioning, policy enforcement, and management of user permissions and accesses.
  • Collaboration with IAM and AD teams to ensure infrastructure is running and available to all users.
  • Work with different tools and technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, CyberArk, OKTA, and/or other IAM technologies to complete provisioning tasks.

Desirable Qualifications

  • +2 years of experience working as a Service Desk Analyst, IT Analyst, or User Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of the user lifecycle in AD.
  • Strong Understanding of AD DS.
  • Understanding of Azure AD.
  • Experience working with IAM tools such as OKTA, CyberArk, Sailpoint, or Saviynt.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Cisco IT Essentials, CCNA, Microsoft AZ900 are preferred but not required.
