The Customer Care Analyst I is a critical role within our organization, requiring strong technical and customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for processing customer purchase orders, performing technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews to verify correct product selection and availability of necessary documentation.
- Verify customer information to guarantee completeness before processing orders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain regulatory compliance by adhering to import/export regulations, contracts, and government requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve productivity, service level, and quality performance targets.
Requirements
- Currently studying an engineering career or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of sales-related customer service experience.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Language proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Portuguese.
