Main Responsibilities- Lead project teams to deliver employee life-cycle services implementation project work streams, including defining and launching new services to support employees in Americas locations.
- Develop and implement frustration-free Associate processes, driving towards a fully integrated and tiered HR Shared Services model.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Lifecycle team, HR stakeholders and business sponsors.
- Proven experience in program/project management, preferably in HR.
- Strong drive, bias for action and result-oriented.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure on multiple projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create a positive work environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a degree in a relevant field.
