About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to the Sales teams, ensuring seamless execution of commercial processes and improving overall efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and resolve issues affecting unbilled and aged Accounts Receivable;
- Analyze data to produce reports that improve visibility into issuer-related issues;
- Develop presentations and participate in projects aimed at improving customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency;
- Provide support that enhances the customer experience and enables Sales teams to focus on relevant customer-facing activities;
- Monitor mandates from handover through to billing and ensure timely resolution of related issues;
- Work with internal functions to minimize unbilled and Accounts Receivable, as well as deals in the LOB pipeline;
- Enter invoice requests and handle inquiries regarding billing and invoicing issues;
- Prepare standard meeting materials and packages, including presentations, marketing collateral, and published reports;
- Build and maintain excellent relationships within various internal collaborators, including RM, Legal, Pricing, GMO, Billing, and Collections;
- Participate in assigned projects and contribute to generating reports and providing support to the Relationship Management team on data gathering, data entry, and data clean-up tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Problem-solving skills with ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
