Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for providing support and high-quality service to our U.S., Canada, and LATAM entities. You will also prepare reports for our businesses and corporate entities, as well as develop and implement processes to support our activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with our Business Services Centers personnel and key partners to address and resolve queries from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Identify and present root cause analysis for queries received and develop solutions for continuous process improvements.
- Educate internal customers and suppliers on the use of self-service solutions, where appropriate.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with ERPs such as JDE, GME, Coupa, etc.
- Resolve interface issues and address them accurately and timely to the relevant team or person.
- Assist with meetings and coordinate with partners on behalf of the Supervisor, as needed.
- Lead all aspects of month-end close activities, including reporting and deliverables.
- Align with Corporate Policies.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
- Ensure understanding of audit processes held by country entities and the implications of those.
- Provide support documentation requested by audited processes in a timely manner.
- Have a sense of urgency and inform the Supervisor of any potential issues that may impact operations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Experience working with JDE, Coupa, Maximo, PRMS, GME tools is preferred.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), minimum B2.
- Portuguese language is preferred.
