We are seeking a highly skilled SIP Analyst to join our team. As a SIP Analyst, you will play a key role in the calculation and payments of incentives to our sales force.
**Job Description:*
- Create SIP Plans and document Crediting Rules & Territories definition
- Calculate Sales Attainment, Accruals, and Payouts
- Provide consulting to SIP participants
- Support Finance, HR, and Business Groups with ad-hoc analysis
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Customer service and quality-oriented mindset
* Strong analytical competencies and aptitude for data analysis
* Process oriented and continuous improvement mindset
* Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
**Basic Qualifications:**
* Associate degree or higher from an accredited learning institution
* At least 2 years of experience related to Sales Incentive, Customer Incentive, Pricing or similar
* Advance English (B2+ or above)
* Advanced knowledge on VBA, Macro excel formulas, and Databases
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, BPCS, VICS platforms
* Intermediate level of Portuguese
