The Revenue Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue growth strategies across the organization. This role is at the intersection between Marketing and Sales organization with a strong linkage to Supply Chain and Innovation, including shopper-based design and brand execution in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commercial Planning Process: Develop and implement a commercial planning process that aligns with internal core processes and drives repeatable growth.

- Commercial Insights: Provide commercial insights and analysis to inform key business decisions, including Gross to Net ratios, price increases, and inflation.

- Sales Incentives Management: Develop and implement sales incentives management strategies that align with company guidelines and business unit requirements.

- Sales Performance Management: Manage and report on sales incentives for sales teams, connecting performance to business outcomes.

- Risk and Compliance Management: Monitor and manage risks and compliance related to sales management, ensuring alignment with corporate policy.

- Sell In / Sell Out / Stock in Trade: Develop and implement strategies to optimize sell-in, sell-out, and stock-in-trade across various dimensions.

- Pricing strategy and executional plan

- Gross to Net Management

- Profit maximisation initiatives.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a bachelor's degree in economics, business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience, as well as 6 or more years of experience in sales support team, analytics, or similar areas.
