At Medtronic, we recognize the importance of a skilled Global Demand Planner in driving business growth and profitability. As a key member of our Cardiovascular Therapies team, you will be responsible for leading global demand planning activities for assigned operating units.

This involves analyzing and reconciling data, preparing for and facilitating the Global Demand Review step within the Integrated Business Planning process, and ensuring seamless execution of IBP decisions and strategies. You will work closely with regional demand planners, global supply chain, regional/global finance, and IBP leadership to support business objectives, including customer satisfaction and product cost management.

In this role, you will monitor each stage of the product lifecycle, from new product launch planning and execution to assessing variation within demand and supply. You will proactively manage alignment and communication flows, liaising with multiple manufacturing sites and distribution centers that impact product availability and customer service levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, integrating, and providing account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning.
  • Collaborating with regions and commercial partners to align on demand forecast in units, including both revenue and non-revenue.
  • Assisting in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers.
