**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
**
- **Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
**:

- **Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
**:

- **Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
**

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- **Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering industrial or related**:

- **Requires 1 year of relevant experience oh 1 year as an intern in Supply chain is preferable.
**:

- **Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems.
**:

- **Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
**:

- **Fluent in English and Spanish communication (C1 - B2+).
**

**Nice to Have**
- **APICS, IBF, or similar professional certification.
**:

- **Experience in Medical Device Industry.
**:

- **Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification.
**:

- **Strong analytical, planning, Excel, and organizational skills.
**:

- **SAP Experience required.
**:

- **Team work.
**
