Business Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements workshops.
  • Communicate with business units and management to define system requirements or organizational processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to develop system requirements.
  • Conduct requirements validation and verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and prioritize business requirements and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years experience as a business analyst in private, public, government, or military environments.
  • 2 years experience as a team leader in private, public, government, or military environments.
  • 1+ years experience with Document Management platforms or enterprise fax solutions such as Filenet, RightFax, Kofax, Esker, etc.
  • Understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc).
