Job Description:

The Global Talent Operations Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the data integrity of Intel's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and is the main hub for daily operations of our end-to-end staffing process, from requisition posting to a new employee's first day of work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely data management by efficiently processing requisitions, tracking applicant flow, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding requisition and hiring process status updates, ensuring transparency and building trust.
  • Audit and manage requisition records, from job postings to workflow steps, guaranteeing compliance with established guidelines.
  • Support pre- and post-offer processes, including changes, to ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with sourcers and recruiters on updates about the hiring process, fostering open communication and driving results.
  • Participate in creating and refining the Talent Coordinator training and ramping process to enhance Intel's talent acquisition capabilities.
  • Maintain attention to detail in executing work while adhering to desktop procedures and guidelines.
  • Demonstrate effective process management, navigating multiple tools to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Utilize organization and multi-tasking skills to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet performance expectations.
  • Showcase results-oriented focus, quality assurance, and problem-solving capabilities to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate stakeholder management, collaborative environment, and clear communication with peers or business partners to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

To be initially considered for this position, applicants must meet minimum qualifications obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences, or schoolwork/classes/research.

  • Pursuing or completed a Technical or Bachelor degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field OR 2+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting hiring processes or managing Admin tasks for different stakeholders.
  • 1+ years of experience in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage data and reports and update processes as applicable.
  • B2+ English level.
  • Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

  • Reporting capabilities: Data extraction and management.
  • Experience using Workday and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
