Job Overview
Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves identifying and documenting requested changes to the system in a standard BRD, as well as working with end users to understand their workflow needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify analytics needs and issues impacting other functional teams, and work to resolve them
- Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and ACE implementation staff
- Maintain regular communication with ACE team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings
- Develop an understanding of operational needs by attending site visits and integrated sessions
- Build, develop, and maintain collaborative working relationships with the business and IT
- Support efforts to meet IT and business needs
- Determine required testing resources
- Manage the issue tracking process
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or similar technical discipline
- 3 years' experience working with manufacturing or engineer-to-order disciplines
- Experience working within teams
- Able to travel up to 20%
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess a blend of business acumen, consulting-like abilities, and analytics capabilities
