Position Overview

The AP Processor will report directly to the LASS Accounts Payable Team Lead, ensuring timely invoice processing and effective communication with internal departments.

A keen eye for detail is crucial to avoid errors and rework, fostering a positive working relationship between internal customers and vendors.

This role involves discrepancy resolution, requiring direct interaction with North America facilities teams to address issues.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing and payment of supplier invoices
  • Vendor communication to resolve document discrepancies
  • Communication with NA Facilities teams to resolve document discrepancies
  • Accruals and Account reconciliations - Prepare month-end accruals for business units and account reconciliations to the general ledger.
  • Proactive communication with NA team to ensure process stability and requirements compliance
  • Active support for implementing best practices within the department
  • Process documentation for transitioned & existing work to ensure sufficient documentation standards to support business continuity objectives
  • Work in compliance with SOX requirements and actively support remediation of gaps
  • Cross-training - Routinely perform back-up responsibilities within NASS A/P

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of Accounts Payable experience
