Main Responsibilities

  6. Develop and implement effective training programs for new employees on boarded to the Customer Care team, enhancing their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support and customer service roles
  • Excellent computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of global markets and channels, including Channel Partners, Resellers, and End Users
  • Proven problem-solving and teamwork skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
