What You Will Achieve

Our work aims to help Pfizer comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption internal policies and address bribery and corruption risks in interactions with healthcare professionals, medical associations, and other business parties, contributing to our culture of ethics and integrity.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Review MAPP Navigator transactions within 5 days to ensure compliance with MAPP policy and Country Annexes, Country Profiles, and other related policies.
  • Document all information properly in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio, and other necessary systems according to the established process.
  • Maintain assertive, professional, and respectful communication with colleagues from various hierarchies (GBS colleagues, MAPP colleagues, Initiators, Product Leads, Category Leads, Medical Directors, Compliance Leads, Legal Department, Finance, and Country Managers).
  • Proactively follow up on invitation letters, contracts, and funding confirmation letters with colleague markets to ensure completion 10 days before event dates.
  • Reconcile transactions, ensuring all required documentation is registered properly in MAPP Navigator within a 10-day SLA.
  • Support market colleagues on process, policy, and system inquiries, as well as user access and requests.
  • Support market colleagues on system issues, troubleshooting transactions, creating tickets, and following up with our technical team.
  • Create engaging training material for new users and refresh processes and key concepts among experienced users.
  • Complete upcoming events, payments, and reconciliation status reports.
  • Support logistics processes related to events.
  • Participate in team activities to foster a positive work environment and celebrate achievements.

  • Has proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
  • Can work independently with minimal oversight
  • Thrives under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Is adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Has strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Displays high levels of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Costa Rica

This is an entry-level position in the MAPP Center department.

Work arrangements include working from home 3 days and from the office 2 days a week. The selected candidate must be able to commute to the office.
