About the Service Desk Agent Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team at Pixmob. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide day-to-day technical support and assistance to employees.
  2. Monitor and respond to incoming tickets and requests.
  3. Perform remote and on-site support for hardware and software issues.
  4. Document all requests and incidents in our ITSM tool.
  5. Ensure all computers are patched and secured regularly.
  6. Monitor our IT Infrastructure Monitoring application and escalate any issues.
  7. Make proactive recommendations for device upgrades and replacements.
  8. Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in PC troubleshooting in a Windows environment with Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility and adaptability. Travel may be required for training and support.
