As a Trainer With Clearsurce at Grupo Preseleccion Ely S.A., you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to excellence. You will be responsible for implementing training modules, evaluating trainee performance, and making recommendations for endorsement to production.

Your core responsibilities will include conducting product-specific training to customer service associates and evaluating their progress during and beyond the training period as needed. You will also be responsible for implementing the training needs analysis (TNA) process and developing innovative strategies to ensure customer service associates meet client expectations and service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product-specific training to customer service associates and evaluate their progress during and beyond the training period as needed
  • Implement the training needs analysis (TNA) process to identify skills or competency gaps and establish measures to track trainee progress
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure customer service associates meet client expectations and service levels

Requirements:

  • C1 or C2 English level
  • University or technical degree related to the position
  • At least 1 year of full-time trainer experience in BPO environment
