The Customer Service Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. As a Credit and Underwriting Team Member, you will be responsible for providing credit line amounts, requests for increase, and status to customers. You will also launch activities such as onboarding, validation calls, special projects, and cards. Additionally, you will manage invoices, resolve disputes, and process account changes.
To succeed in this role, you must have minimum one year of contact center and customer relationship management experience. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and possess computer skills, including typing. Proficiency in English B2+ and French Advanced is required.
