About Our Offer

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Loading Agent in San José, Costa Rica. This is a permanent full-time position that involves working on bookings in our Asterix system and performing the complete cycle of invoicing.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for loading reservations, controlling and billing of reservations, accounting support, and creating contracts in systems. You will also provide system-level support to the San José and Guanacaste teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the tourism business
  • Excellent quotation skills and managing costs
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English
