The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving personal sales goals and building long-term, value-based customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated sales efforts.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
  • Closely understand the overall market trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with Marriott International's service standards and customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
