The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a competitive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team member to work within our Provider Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for implementing strategic programs created by the IPA, working closely with regional teams of quality auditors and care coordinators, and having a direct impact on the improved healthcare of our community.

Job Description

This role operates in a fast-paced and engaging environment with plenty of future advancement opportunities. As a Healthcare Operations Specialist, you will be embedded in specific provider offices, traveling to these locations during the week to ensure the success of IPA Programs. Your responsibilities will include Admission Management, HEDIS, MRA/HCC Reporting, Preventive Screenings - Tracking the progress of a project, calling patients, working with office staff (normally front desk, billers, office managers), and chart reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embedded in specific Provider offices.
  • Travels to specific offices during the week.
  • Works with the Provider offices to ensure the success of IPA Programs.
  • Programs include Admission Management, HEDIS, MRA/HCC Reporting, Preventive Screenings - Tracking the progress of a project, calling Patients, working with office staff (normally front desk, billers, office managers), and chart reviews.
  • Problem Solver: Independently and proactively manage issues and people.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage people of varying backgrounds.
  • Communication: Ability to be professional and articulate in both written and verbal form with people within the company as well as with external partners.
  • Technology: Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Time Management: Self-motivated ability to juggle multiple projects with prioritization, superb accuracy, and effective execution.
  • Determination: Competitive willingness to lead the region to greatness.
  • Collaboration: Be an A+ team player.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and customer focus skills.
  • Medicare experience or medical experience required (MA, Biller, Office Manager, etc.).
  • Bilingual (Vietnamese/English and Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational and coordination, new program implementation, quality improvement, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary with bonus potential and travel allowance. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, vision benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
