Job Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting general accounting functions, analytics, and administrative tasks related to the Implant Concierge business. Based in ZimVie's office site in Costa Rica.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Investigate customer billing inquiries and address discrepancies; prepare assigned month-end journal entries; process local vendor invoices and prepare payment batches for approval.
  • Send Radiology Invoices for MediSpend processing; perform monthly account reconciliations as assigned; review and analyze Customer Sales Data to support Marketing initiatives.
  • Place inventory purchase orders; conduct offline screening of Customer/Vendor/Transaction Data; create New Service/Inventory Items in QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Complete vendor modification forms as needed; verify Vendor Bank payments; complete new customer request forms for Intercompany accounts.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned, with strong initiative to solve problems and create solutions.

  • Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future developmental opportunities; strong attention to detail, accuracy, and manages time appropriately.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles; typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting functions; preferred experience in A/P and A/R processing, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Estimated Salary

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
