This is a remote position.
Business Financial Group (BFG) is a premier accounting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, dedicated to helping business owners and independent consultants focus on growing their businesses while we handle their accounting, tax, and payroll needs.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our virtual team.
This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication, providing top-tier client support, and maintaining an efficient operational workflow.
The CSA will dedicate four hours daily to client support and four hours to sales support.
Key Responsibilities Client Support Oversee new client onboarding and conduct training sessions for the client portal.
Manage incoming client requests via email, phone, fax, and text.
Process and organize client documents, including sorting, merging, duplicating, and saving files using PDF software.
Track and manage projects and tasks, prioritizing them based on due dates and urgency.
Make collection calls to clients when necessary.
Act as a liaison between the Accounting Team and clients to obtain missing documents and information, including making follow-up calls.
Draft and send client communications as needed.
Handle inbound phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Provide online chat support for sales and production inquiries.
Sales Support Assist in setting up new clients by coordinating with the Sales and Accounting teams.
Conduct inside, soft sales by identifying new opportunities and communicating them to the sales team.
Perform cold calls to prospective clients and schedule sales appointments.
Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in client service.
Proven experience in project, task, and ticket management.
Skills & Competencies Exceptional customer service and account management skills.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and eager to learn new software.
Strong soft sales skills and the ability to engage prospective clients.
Technology Requirements High-speed internet with the following minimum requirements (Test your speed at ): 150 Mbps Download speed 9 Mbps Upload speed Backup internet connection to avoid disruptions.
Uninterrupted power supply for seamless workflow.
Desktop or laptop with dual monitors.
High-quality noise-canceling headphones.
