**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Registered Client Service Associate. You will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to business growth.
Main Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and processing transactions.
- Support financial advisors in managing client relationships, researching client information, and ensuring compliance with firm requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and files using CRM software, prepare reports, and monitor cash flow to optimize investments.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, take ownership of tasks, and deliver results that matter.
Essential Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one year of securities industry experience or related work history.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CRM software, and ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with company policies, managed account platforms, office practices, and investment concepts.
- Knowledge of trading terminology, financial markets, and industry regulations.
