The Account Development Executive role at Micro Focus offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion within the installed base. As an Account Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned quotas, while also building strong consultative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion within the installed base
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive renewals and expansions
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4-6 years of selling or account management experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • A proven track record of sales success, including a demonstrated ability to move leads through the entire sales process independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong consultative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A thorough knowledge of Micro Focus's portfolio and solutions, as well as the client procurement processes and key decision criteria for winning new and maintaining existing business
