Realty Simplified LLC is looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Professional to join our small local and very successful Texas-based company to handle the acquisition and sale of properties.
As a Sales Agent, you will work closely with the top sales representatives in the real estate investment industry.
You will learn the exact sales process, systems, and disciplined action it takes to become a top sales rep yourself.
You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can manage your time and follow up with leads, as we will not micromanage you.
If you love to hunt, the thrill of the close, and the ability to follow processes, we are looking for you
You do not need to have real estate sales experience or be licensed.
This position will involve speaking on the phone and training on how to meet with the seller at their homes.
We will provide marketing, leads, systems, and support.
**Qualifications**
- Must love talking to people on the phone
- Great self-management and time management
- Must be willing to learn and desire to continuously improve the sales process
- Must be teachable and enjoy reading books, listen to podcasts, and seek to learn how to be more effective
- Must have sales and call-center experience
