Job Description

The Room Service Team Lead is responsible for coordinating room service operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of food and beverages to guests. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage room service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and stewards to coordinate food preparation and delivery.
  • Total charges for room service orders and prepare checks for payment.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all areas.
  • Inspect food and beverage quality prior to delivery.
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
