Looking for highly motivated individuals with perfect English to join our team
Sales and CRM training will be provided, and you will have ambitious teammates and a great working environment.
There will be no cold calls, as the daily client list and the tools to reach them will be provided to you.
We do the marketing for you and you only have to focus on contacting new clients on time and in the structure provided.
**Salary: €460+ minimum €360 commission on sales based on set targets (no cap on commission) + bonuses.
**

Our sales managers on average earn between €700-1000/per month based on their sales performance.
As this is a sales job, we expect that you are able to meet the set targets on a consistent basis.
Having experience with sales or customer service is a plus.
Working hours: 9am Atlantic time to 6pm Atlantic Time 1 hour break.
**Responsibilities**:

- You will need to think smart and be creative to engage your clients.
- Contacting clients on a timely manner and marking your actions on CRM system provided.
Must-haves qualities:

- Ambitious and determined to achieve set targets.
- Perfect spoken and written English.
(This is absolutely crucial).
- Time management
- Problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office tools.
Nice-to-have qualities:

- Active listening skills

- Knowledge on web development
- Able to work independently
