Provide support to the ARXADA operation in terms of facilities and local sourcing, administrative and free zone compliance tasks; in addition to relations with vendors, customer service with visitors and employees, appropriate controls of the facilities budget usage, and KPIs improvement and efficiencies to benefit operational costs.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Work, plan, organize and coordinate special projects related to Free Zone Trade to support the administrative area, such as:
- Free Zone Translation imports documentation and processes.
- Inventory of assets.
- Corporate cards, building permits, etc.
- Relations with local vendors.
- Requisitions and local payments.
- Visitors, office supplies, and call attendance.
- Support the site leaders on administrative tasks.
- Visitors space accommodations and transportation.
- Office supplies and cafeteria.
- Site Activities planned for the employees.
- Create all Blanket and required requisitions against budget on a weekly basis:
- Follow up on the available funds per requisition.
- Coordinate bills for payments & follow up on vendors.
- Coordinate with the building repairs and household goods as well as keep the record of the KPI'S Facilities reports.
- Coordinate and Follow up on the Building Maintenances according to the Contract agreements and Facilities Maintenance Schedules.
**Key requirements**:
- Advance student in Business Administration or related areas
- 1-2 years of experience, ideally within Shared Services or close to the service-related organization
- At least 1 year of experience in Facilities & Local Sourcing.
- Fluid English language.- Knowledge in SAP.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Excellent Time Management.
