**P&O Programs Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support and review records (as English Program) as part of Development Plans and P&O OKRs.
Support interviews scheduling and follow up to resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g.
interview cancellations etc).
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g.
preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, sending new hire documentation, following up).
- Assisting with coordination with other departments to ensure new hires onboarding is seamless (IT, Badges, Onboarding Docs, etc).
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&O Programs as Referral Program, Employer Branding activities, Onboarding, etc.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, etc).

- In charge of keeping sharepoints, files and reports as assigned updated.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields (desirable).
- One year of experience in administrative or human resources (desirable).
- English B2 level.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communicator, and a proven problem-solver.
- Highly proficient with technology, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
- Strong customer focus; dedicated to delivering timely solutions.
- Ability to maintain strict confidence in handling sensitive information.
