We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:
**AWS Technical Sales Consultant**
**SoftwareOne**
Scope: Full-time | Field service or work model: Hybrid | Location: Costa Rica or Panama.
The AWS Technical Sales Consultant is a solutioning expert against customer problems and business needs.
The role is responsible for accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their cloud and digital transformation by aligning our solutions.
Good technical understanding and the ability to transform our customers challenges into commercial solutions.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies for AWS solutions
- Provide technical advice to potential and existing customers on AWS solutions
- Develop and execute AWS technical presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with AWS engineering teams to understand the latest technology trends and developments
- Stay up to date on AWS products and services
What we need to see from you:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or consulting
- Experience in the IT industry, preferably in the cloud
- Solid knowledge of AWS solutions
- Bilingual level C1
**Desired Qualifications**
- Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02): This certification is essential for any AWS technical sales consultant.
Covers the basics of AWS cloud architecture, including infrastructure services, compute, storage, networking, databases, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate (SOA-C02): This certification is ideal for technical sales consultants who have experience managing cloud systems.
Covers the basics of managing systems in the AWS cloud, including infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, database, and security services.
- Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP): This certification is a good option for technical sales consultants who are starting their career in AWS.
Covers the basics of the AWS cloud, including infrastructure services, compute, storage, networking, databases, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- MultiCloud Services.
- Application and software factor services.
- Cybersecurity Services.
**Soft Skills**
- Knowledge and experience in other lines of business such as
