Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos un Marketing Technology Consultant para unirse a nuestro equipo y liderar la estrategia de integración de tecnología en proyectos de marketing digital.
Esta persona será clave en la definición de soluciones de integración entre plataformas de marketing, CRM, DSP, automatización, whatsApp API, analítica y experiencia del cliente (CX).
El candidato ideal tendrá un fuerte conocimiento en Martech, arquitectura de datos, APIs y automatización de marketing, con la capacidad de asesorar a equipos internos y clientes sobre las mejores soluciones para conectar y optimizar su ecosistema tecnológico.
Responsabilidades:
• Asesorar a clientes y equipos internos en la integración de tecnologías de marketing (CRM, DMP, CDP, plataformas publicitarias, automatización de marketing, entre otros).

• Diseñar estrategias de conexión entre sistemas y herramientas de marketing para maximizar la eficiencia de campañas y la personalización del customer journey.

• Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la recopilación, gestión y activación de datos de clientes.

• Evaluar y recomendar tecnologías y plataformas adecuadas según los objetivos de negocio y capacidades del cliente.

• Coordinar con equipos de desarrollo, analítica y marketing digital para garantizar la correcta implementación de integraciones y flujos de datos.

• Elaborar documentos técnicos y de negocio que expliquen las estrategias de integración y conexión entre plataformas.

• Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de Martech, privacidad de datos y evolución de ecosistemas digitales.
Requisitos: Habilidades Técnicas:
• Conocimiento en arquitecturas de Martech, incluyendo CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
), CDP, DMP y plataformas de automatización (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo, etc.).

• Experiencia con integración de APIs y Webhooks.

• Familiaridad con herramientas de analítica (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) y gestión de etiquetas (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.).

• Comprensión de flujo de datos entre sistemas (ETL, integraciones con BI, segmentación de audiencias).

• Conocimiento en modelado de datos y estructura de bases de datos para marketing.

• Experiencia en herramientas de personalización y automatización omnicanal.
Habilidades Blandas:
• Habilidad para traducir requerimientos de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas.

• Capacidad de comunicación efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.

• Pensamiento estratégico para diseñar soluciones escalables y sostenibles.

• Proactividad en la identificación de oportunidades de optimización y mejora en la integración de tecnología.
Experiencia Requerida:
• 4+ años de experiencia en consultoría Martech, integración de plataformas o roles similares.

• Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos de implementación tecnológica en marketing digital.

• Trabajo previo en agencias, consultoras o empresas con ecosistemas digitales complejos es un plus.
