**What you'll do**:
- Work with process owners to engineer holistic solutions.
- Implement and support out of box and custom patterns to discover on premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Create and use reports and dashboards to monitor the health of the CMDB.
- Works with CI Data Owners and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of the CMDB data is maintained and all CIs are up to date.
- Establishes and maintains discovery schedules.
Monitors discovery results, reconciling and addressing any anomalies.
- May participate in projects including preparing project plans, assigning tasks, monitoring statuses, coordinating efforts, validating team recommendations, integrating efforts into a comprehensive strategy and delivering results on time.
- Writes and/or reviews system specifications, including output requirements, flow charts and technical diagrams.
- Develop strategic design and requirements on small systems or modules of large systems (large scale).
- Introduces tools and automates repetitive processes
- Rotational on-call (1 week monthly, if necessary)
**What experience you need**:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or equivalent job experience required
- 1+ year of knowledge of Public Cloud environments **AWS, AZURE and GCP **.
- 1+ years of knowledge of **Windows or Linux Server administration**
- 1+ knowledge in Active Directory, LDAP, Single-Sign-on, authentication OR user permission levels, SUDO virtualization, including VMware, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- 1+ years **IP Networks **, subnets and related network knowledge.
- 6+ months experience in debugging, diagnosing, and trouble-shooting complex, production software
- English proficiency B2 or above

- Solid communication skills including strong verbal presentation skills.
Ability to communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and able to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB solution design & configuration.
- Scripting using JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, RegEx, SQL, etc.
