**Role Responsibilities**
- Performance tracking - Review financial and customer KPIs and understand the impact of new features, product enhancements, pricing changes, and macroeconomic factors.
- Business Analysis - Understand the impact of Risk, Payments, and Product KPIs to the performance of the business to identify optimization opportunities.
- Modeling - Build and maintain financial and customer forecasting models for monthly and full year views, along with annual planning and LRP models.
- Reporting - Design, develop, and update reports/dashboards for financial and customer KPIs, as well as ensure data accuracy and consistency from different data sources.
- Competitive analysis - Assessment of main competitors within the region including their pricing/marketing tactics, size estimation, and product offering.
- Pricing impacts - Creation of scenarios and impacts for pricing recommendations.
**Role Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial/Business Analyst, or similar positions with forecasting, modeling of revenue, or P&Ls, and/or deep understanding of end-to-end value stream.
- Academic background in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related.
- Proficiency in Excel & Power BI or similar data modeling tools.
- Analytical thinking and sound business logic - capable of breaking down complex problems into parts to understand root causes and identify possible solutions. Clearly sees the big picture and how things impact the overall value chain of a company.
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
The following are preferred qualifications, so they are not required but are highly valued: Knowledge of Latin America and/or Caribbean businesses, experience gathering data from different sources, drawing conclusions and delivering recommendations, experience handling and interpreting big data sets, familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and DAX.
